Yale I. Markus

Yale Markus grew up in north New Jersey. He attended Monmouth University and Nova Southeastern University Law School. He earned honors during his education, including graduating college magna cum laude. He also has many years of hospital and health care clinical experience.

Mr. Markus practiced in the field of personal injuries for many years handling car accidents and trauma claims, as due to dangerous products and faulty property. His offices are now limited to assisting clients with cases against physicians. He is the author of many medico-legal articles.

Maria P. Markus, M.D.

Maria P. Markus grew up in South Florida, and is a board-certified physician licensed in three states. She has worked with us almost a decade, in addition to practicing medicine many years. Dr. Markus reviews and evaluates all incoming claims and assists with litigation as consultant.

Sidney J. Adler, M.D.

Sidney J. Adler is a board-certified physician who has been with our offices for many years. He was in full-time practice in Florida and now in Colorado, treating female health matters. Dr. Adler assists our law firms in review of claims, guiding complex healthcare matters, and is an expert witness.
