Yale I. Markus, J.D.

Yale I. Markus grew up in north New Jersey, and attended Monmouth University and Nova Southeastern University Law School. He was a Harry Truman Scholar, magna cum laude, an EMT-paramedic and medical school entrant before attending law school and practicing law.

Mr. Markus practiced in the field of personal injuries for over 15 years handling claims for a person injured in car crashes, by dangerous products and physicians. His medical review offices is limited to consulting on cases against physicians. He is the author of many medico-legal articles.

Maria P. Markus, M.D.

Maria P. Markus grew up in South Florida, and is a board-certified physician licensed in three states. She has worked with the firm for six years, in addition to practicing medicine for fifteen years. Our Dr. Markus reviews and evaluates all incoming claims and assists with litigation as consultant.

Sidney J. Adler, M.D.

Sidney J. Adler is a board-eligible physician who has been with the firm for three years. He was in a full-time practice in Florida for many years, treating female health and surgical matters. Dr. Adler has assisted law firms in the review of many claims, guiding in complex medico-legal matters.
